Sandra W. Evans has over 25 years of experience in all facets of financial

and operations management.  Her background includes both for-profit

and non-profit organizations including Litton Industries, American Express, First Data Corp. and Standard & Poor's (the S&P 500 company) as well as the New Mexico Educational Assistance Foundation and Illinois Student Assistance Commission.  Her credientials combine a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with experience as Executive Vice President (EVP), Vice President (VP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sr. Director, Director and Manager for these four S&P 500 companies and the

two non-profit organizations.
